FAQ’s

  • Currently we do not use a customer account system, this means you will not have to register or log in before making your order.

  • We are able to process payments from our customers using a third-party processing firm named Stripe, Stripe accepts a range of payment methods in the UK such as VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Our shipping system is based on an integrated weight program which calculates the total weight of your basket at checkout. You will then be quoted the relevant rate provided by our couriers for your basket, this quote is inclusive of the packaging costs. Therefore, during the shipping process, we break-even or incur cost in order to guarantee prompt delivery.

  • Due to all of our products differing in shape and size we predominantly use two courier services to deliver our products directly to customers. These are Royal Mail and Evri (formerly Hermes), who help us keep our costs at the best possible rates. We may also use Parcel Force if the weight of your basket exceeds 15kg due to the limits our couriers enforce.

  • This is unique for every delivery as we offer a few different delivery options, one guarantee we can make is that all our orders will be dispatched in a prompt and timely manner limiting the time our customers have to wait for their products.

    If it is possible, we will refund your order on the same day we are contacted. However, we cannot cancel orders which have already been fulfilled and shipped with one of our couriers as the products will be on their way to you.

  • Dawn’s Pets and Gardens has a proactive role within the local community supporting initiatives such as Wednesfield in Bloom amongst others. We also make collections for local charities such as Cat Protection Wolverhampton and the local branch of the RSPB advertised in store. Alongside this we also support local suppliers such as Ancol who provide us with a range of products such as our pet toys.

  • Unfortunately click and collect is currently only available during regular shop opening hours at our Griffiths Drive address which can be found on the contact us page linked Here.

  • We do not sell livestock as we do not possess a licence at our premises.

  • Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer free delivery for our customers due to our size, however this is an option we would like to provide in the future if possible.
